» What is the meaning of registration types? 1) Freeware – the full version of the program is available without any registration or without any purchase. It is totally free. 2) Shareware – the application is not for free. You're downloading one file. But until you do not enter the registration code, it has some limits (some functionality is not available, or it has time limit – it is available until few days etc). After entering the registration code, you will be able to use it as full version. In some cases we have the license to generate you registration code, so it is working immediately after the purchase. But in some cases developers afraid to give this license to 3rd party, so they are sending the code in 3 business days. So, in sharewares there are many kinds of registrations. 3) Trial/Full – the trial version is available for free, but using of full version is payable. »I press the "Get Application" button and a window pops up with registration code. Where is the application what I purchased? So, when you click on the button "Get Application", you will get what you purchased. In case it is a shareware, you will get the code. In case it is a Trial/Full, you will able to download the full version of the application. In case we are not able to generate the registration code an empty window pops up with no code. We can store the code when the developer sends it to you and to us, too. »After the purchase I received an email about my purchase has not been committed. What should I do? The purchase contains two steps. When you purchased the product at 2CheckOut.COM, it has not been committed immediately. After a few minutes (in the worst case in few hours) it will be committed. If we are able we will generate you the registration code immediately. Otherwise the developer has to send it to you in 3 business days. Developers » I got two mails when a purchase has occurred. What kinds of purpose are they use? In case a customer makes a purchase you will receive two mails during the process of commit. The reason why is it necessary? Earlier we had faked requests of purchases with invalid credit cards. So, it serves your protection. Also it proves our honesty. We can not cheat with purchases because you receive an email about every event during the process. So, if we have a license to generate the registration code, we will do it immediately after the successful commit. If we are not authorized with this license, you have to send it to customer and to us in three business days - of course after the successful commit of purchase. » I added some price to my product, but it appears with 25% allowance in the production. Why? In customers point of view we're selling every products with 25% allowance. When you describe a price of some products, we're selling it for 75% of the price as you described. But we're asking for 30% from the full price. It is mean that you receive 70% of the price as you described, 5% is going into our budget and 25% left to the customer. So, you receive the same amount of money when we should sell your product without allowance. » Where can I find CSV data about the purchase and what is it's structure? When a purchase is occurring, you will be notified about it. In the letter what you received you can find the CSV data. Its line starts with text CSV. Also, a file is attached to the mail, where you can find the same data what is in the mail content. About the structure of CSV. The data are separated with semicolon (";"), and the columns have the following order: Purchase ID, Product ID, Product Name, Company Name, Paid Amount, First Name of the Customer, Last Name of the Customer, Customer's E-Mail, Device ID, Customer's Country, Customer's State, User Name (for some developers is needed the user name of the device regarding to generating of registration code).
